M TECH ADMISSIONS 2025
വയനാട് ഗവൺമെൻറ് എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് കോളേജിൽ 2025 -2026 അധ്യയന വർഷത്തെ M TECH കോഴ്സ്കളിലേയ്ക്ക് പ്രവേശനം ലഭിച്ച എല്ലാ വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളും താഴെ പറയുന്ന നിർദ്ദേശങ്ങൾ അനുസരിച്ചു 23/07/2025 നും 28/07/2025 3 :00 PMനും മുൻപായി പ്രവേശന നടപടികൾ പൂർത്തിയാക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.
A. അല്ലോട്മെൻറ് ലഭിച്ച വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾ 26/07/2025 നു 3:00 PMനു മുൻപായി അവരുടെ ഹോം പേജിൽ ലോഗിൻ ചെയ്തു നിർബന്ധമായും CONFIRMATION നൽകേണ്ടതാണ്.
B. CONFIRMATION നൽകിയതിനു ശേഷം 28/07/2025 3:00PMനു മുൻപായി കോളേജിൽ നേരിട്ട് ഹാജരായി ഫീസ് അടച്ചു അഡ്മിഷൻ ഉറപ്പാക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.
C. ഓൺലൈൻ ആയി അപേക്ഷിച്ചപ്പോൾ അപ്ലോഡ് ചെയ്ത എല്ലാ രേഖകളുടെയും ഒറിജിനലുകളും അലോട്ട്മെന്റ് മെമ്മോ / ഡാറ്റ ഷീറ്റ് എന്നിവയും ഹാജരാക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. ഇതു കൂടാതെ പ്രോസ്പെക്ട്സ് 5 .4, 8 .1 എന്നിവയിൽ പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നതിൻ പ്രകാരം താഴെ പറയുന്ന രേഖകളുടെ ഒറിജിനലും അഡ്മിഷൻ സമയത്തു ഹാജരാക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.

1. Transfer Certificate from the Institution last attended and Conduct Certificate.
2. Original mark list of the qualifying examination and the Pass certificate of the qualifying examination. Bachelor’s Degree Certificate / Provisional Certificate in Engineering / Technology/Architecture issued by the University with aggregate mark list.. Consolidated marklist or the entire semester pass marklist is also required.
3. Acknowledgement of fee payment.
4. Datasheet of MCAP 2025.
5. Allotment Memo issued by the DTE.
6. Proof of date of birth
7. Proof for Nativity/Nationality (original of the uploaded document )
8. Original GATE Score card (for Candidates with valid GATE Score)
9. Eligibility certificate from any University in Kerala offering Engineering/Architecture/ Planning undergraduate course, in the case of candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from universities abroad.
10. Candidates with AMIE/AMIETE certificates should upload the degree certificate and all mark lists of section B.
11. Sponsorship Certificate and relevant Government order (for sponsored candidates)
12. Non-creamy Layer Certificate for State Government Education purpose in the prescribed format given in Annexure N from the concerned Village Officer in Kerala for community reservation claims in the case of SEBC/OEC candidates. (original of uploaded certificate)
13. Community Certificate from the concerned Tahsildar of Kerala in thoriginal in the prescribed format given in Annexure O in the case of SC/ST candidates as per Clause 3.6.3 of prospectus (original of the uploaded document )
14. Inter-Caste marriage certificate in the prescribed format given in Annexure J from the concerned Tahsildar of Kerala, if applicable, refer Clause3.6.2 of prospectus
15. Differently-abled certificate (if applicable).
16. EWS Certificate in the prescribed format (Annexure M (a)or M (b), whichever is applicable) as per the G.O (P) No.2/2020/P&ARD dated 12.02.2020, issued by the concerned Village Officer in Kerala (if applicable).
17. Any other documents required in the allotment Memo/Notification.
18. Originals of all the documents and certificates uploaded with the online application
19. A declaration that he/she will not engage in any full-time or part-time job during regular class hours.

Note: Fee/balance fee of the course should be paid at the time of admission to the college itself.
കോളേജ് തലത്തിലുള്ള നിർദേശങ്ങൾ
1. ഗവ. എൻജിനിയറിങ് കോളേജ് വയനാട്-ലേക്ക് അലോട്ട്മെന്റ് ലഭിച്ച വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾ https://gecwyd.etlab.in/newregistration/default/signup?reg_type=1 എന്ന ലിങ്കിൽ പ്രവേശിച്ച് റജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്യണ്ടതും, ശേഷം Update Application എന്ന ഓപ്ഷൻ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് വിദ്യാർത്ഥിയുടെ മറ്റുള്ള വിവരങ്ങൾ കൃത്യതയോടെ ചേർക്കേണ്ടതുമാണ്. (പേര്, ജനന തിയതി എന്നിവ SSLC/10th സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിൽ ഉള്ളത് തന്നെ ചേർക്കേണ്ടതാണ്)

2. അഡ്മിഷൻ നടപടികൾകൾക്കായി അനുവദിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന ദിവസം തന്നെ 9.00 AM – 4.30 PM ഉള്ളിൽ കോളേജിൽ നേരിട്ട് ഹാജറാക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. അനുവദിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന ദിവസത്തിന് മുൻപോ ശേഷമോ വരുന്ന വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളുടെ അഡ്മിഷൻ നടപടികൾ ഉച്ചക്ക് ശേഷമുള്ള സെഷനിൽ മാത്രമേ നടത്തപെടുകയുള്ളു.
3. ET LAB രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ പൂർത്തീകരിക്കാതെയോ/നടത്താതയോ വരുന്ന വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾക്ക് സെൻട്രൽ ലൈബ്രറിയിൽ സജ്ജീകരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന സേവനം ഉപയോഗപെടുത്താവുന്നതാണ്.
4. ശേഷം കോളേജിൽ ഒരുക്കിയിരിക്കുന്ന രജിസ്ട്രഷേൻ കൗണ്ടറിൽ നിന്ന് അലോട്ട്മെന്റ് സ്ലിപ്പ് കാണിച്ച്, അഡ്മിഷൻ ഫോം കൈപ്പറ്റേണ്ടത്താണ്.
5. അഡ്മിഷൻ ഫോം പൂരിപ്പിച്ചശേഷം മറ്റ് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകൾ ചുവടെ ചേർത്തിരിക്കുന്ന പ്രകാരം ക്രമീകരിച്ച് CCF-ലേക്ക് പോകേണ്ടതും, അഡ്മിഷൻ നടപടികൾ പൂർത്തികരിച്ച് കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ എത്തി ഒറിജിനൽ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകളും പ്രിൻസിപ്പൾ ഒപ്പിട്ട അഡ്മിഷൻ സ്ലിപ്പും ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടെന്ന് ഉറപ്പാക്കേണ്ടതുമാണ്.
6. മുകളിൽ പരാമർശിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള രേഖകൾക്കു ഉപരിയായി ഫിസിക്കൽ ഫിറ്റ്നസ് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ്* ആന്റി-റാഗ്ഗിംഗ് സത്യവാങ്മൂലം* ലഹരി വിരുദ്ധ സത്യവാങ്മൂലം* എന്നിവ കൂടി അഡ്മിഷൻ സമയത്തു സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
