HEAT AND MASS TRANSFER LAB-II 

Building upon the concepts learned in Thermal Engineering Lab-I, Thermal Engineering Lab-II focuses on advanced heat and mass transfer phenomena. Students conduct experiments related to heat exchangers, conduction through composite materials, and study heat transfer processes. This lab equips students with the knowledge and skills to analyze and design efficient heat transfer systems and equipment. 

OBJECTIVES 

• Evaluate thermal properties of materials in conduction, convection and radiation ● Analyse the performance of heat exchangers 
• Illustrate the operational performances of refrigeration and air conditioning systems ● Perform calibration of thermocouples and pressure gauges
