3. Certificate to prove date of birth in original (SSLC/Birth Certificate/Valid Indian Passport)
4. Proof of Nativity in original (SSLC/Birth Certificate/Valid Indian Passport)
5. Non-creamy layer Certificate (if admitted category is OBC)
6. EWS Certificate (if admitted category is EWS)
7. Caste/Community Certificate (if admitted category is SC/ST/OEC)
8. Transfer Certificate
9. Conduct Certificate
10. Physical Fitness Certificate
11. Migration Certificate (for those studied for DIPLOMA outside Kerala)
12. 2-3 photographs
13. TWO SETS of self attested copies of:-
    1. Allotment Memo issued by DTE
    2. Certificate to prove date of birth
    3. Mark list and certificate of the qualifying examination (DIPLOMA or equivalent)
    4. EWS/Community/NCRL Certificate (if applicable)
