MHM’24

Malabar Hub Meet (MHM), a three-day event hosted by the IEEE SB GECW, brought together students from various engineering colleges in the Malabar region for an immersive experience. The event featured three technical workshops: Game Development, Graphic Designing, and an Introduction to Robotics, aimed at providing hands-on learning and skill development for participants. These workshops allowed students to explore trending technologies and enhance their technical expertise in a collaborative environment.

In addition to the technical sessions, MHM included an industrial visit to the Parisons Tea Factory, giving participants insight into the operations of a large-scale industry, followed by an outing to Muneeshwaran Hills for a blend of education and nature. The event also focused on fostering camaraderie and teamwork, with activities like an ice-breaking session, team-building exercises, and a power yoga session, all designed to promote both mental and physical well-being.

The evenings were filled with vibrant cultural activities, including performances by a music band, a cultural session, and a lively campfire. These activities provided a platform for participants to showcase their talents and unwind after the day’s events. MHM successfully combined technical learning, professional exposure, and personal growth, making it an enriching experience for all attendees.
