It is the youngest department in the institution. The Department will start functioning in the year 2022 offering a B.Tech Degree course in Civil and Environmental Engineering (CV) with an intake of 30. The course is affiliated to APJ Abdul Kalam Kerala Technological University.
The faculty and staff members are well qualified and trained in various disciplines of Civil Engineering and capable of meeting the curricular and co-curricular requirements of students. Well-equipped laboratories with state of the art instruments are functioning under the department. Department offers Wi-Fi connectivity to faculty, students and staff members. Online video courses, online journals etc. Are accessible to the students, staff and faculty members of the department. Department offers various training programs to the students to cater the needs of the industry. The department has a very good advisory system, class committee and PTA which helps in maintaining student -teacher-parent relationship.
